What is PhotoAI?

PhotoAI is an AI-powered photo editing app that can enhance images, restore old photos, remove backgrounds, remove selected objects, apply AI filters, and generate creative photo results.

Do I need to upload my photos?

Yes, AI features need the photo you select in order to generate the requested result. PhotoAI only uploads the photos you choose for a specific feature.

Does PhotoAI upload my entire photo library?

No. PhotoAI does not upload your entire photo library. It asks for access so you can choose images, and only selected images are used for processing.

Why does PhotoAI ask for camera and photo permissions?

Camera permission lets you take a new photo inside the app. Photo library permission lets you choose existing photos and save generated results to your device.

Where are AI results processed?

Some AI results are processed through cloud services and third-party AI providers. This allows the app to return high-quality results that cannot be generated entirely on the device.

Can I save or share my results?

Yes. You can save generated images to your photo library and share them through supported sharing options on your device.

Why does a result sometimes look different from expected?

AI results can vary depending on photo quality, lighting, face visibility, image angle, and the selected feature. Clear, well-lit photos usually produce better results.

How do subscriptions work?

Subscriptions are purchased and managed through Apple App Store. You can cancel or manage your subscription from your Apple ID settings.

How do I restore a purchase?

Open PhotoAI settings and tap Restore Purchase. This checks your Apple account for an active purchase and restores access when available.

How can I request deletion of my data?
